To process your hotel reservation, we require your credit card information.
We will charge your Visa/Master Card for the room accommodation
and any other services booked with us. Please note that no reservations
will be processed without a valid credit card information.

We require you have a vaild credit card information
but we are not going to charge until we reserve a hotel for you.

| Cancellation |
|
If
you cancel or amend your booking anytime before the 7 days preceding
your check-in, an administrative fee of HK$100.00 shall be charged
to your credit card. A cancellation or amendment with less than
7 days from check-in is a one night room charge.However, depending
on the period booked, especially during the hotel's peak season
or festive period, some hotels may impose additional cancellation
requirements. Such additional cancellation requirements will be
advised to you at confirmation.Our company reserves the right for
any modification to the terms and condition when necessary.

| Not
show up & Early Checkout |
If you do not show up at the hotel, you will be charged 100% of the
total paid amount.
The event of early checkout refunds are generally not permitted.

| Confirmation |
This
is not an automatic hotel reservation service. We will make your reservation
and send you a confirmation within 24 hours working days.
|
| Payment |
We(Travel
Anywhere)will charge your credit card for the room accommodation and
any other services booked with us. Consequently, you must not
pay for your room at the hotel. At the hotel itself, you ONLY pay
for extra such as room service, Pay TV, etc. If you pay for your room
at the hotel, you will be doubly charged, one by an agency and one
by the hotel. In such a situation, you need to contact the hotel directly
in order to receive a refund.

| GOVERNING
LAW AND JURISDICTION |
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us and
this Web Site's Content shall be governed and construed in accordance
with HKSAR laws, and the courts of HKSAR shall have exclusive jurisdiction
to adjudicate any dispute which may arise in relation thereto.

| Privacy
and Security policy |
We (Travel Anywhere ) are very concerned about protecting the privacy
of our customers. Any personal data collected from you for securing
a reservation with third party vendors such as hotels or tour companies
shall not be modified, copied, distributed, transmitted, licensed,
sold or redistributed. This information is used solely to enhance
or fulfill your promotional request or for securing your reservation
with hotels or tour companies. Customer testimonials or comments will
not be used without written consent.

to ensure that your personal information remains secure and private.
This process takes the information you enter and converts it into
code that is securely transmitted over the Internet. This scrambled
data cannot be read as the information travels directly to our secure
